MCK Stays In-House For New Public Relations Director

Justus Polson-Lahache has been named Interim Director of Public Relations (PR) at the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake (MCK). It is for a one year period beginning on Monday.
Polson-Lahache has been working with MCK PR for the last 14 years. He fills the void left with the departure of Neil McComber, who is off to Tewatohnhi’saktha. “I feel great about it. I’m really looking forward to a new challenge,” Polson-Lahache said. “Definitely exciting times. I hope to live up to the expectations.”
He has led in the development of the MCK’s online presence, developing and maintaining several websites and the Facebook pages for the MCK and Kahnawake 911. “I’m a strong believer of always trying to stay on top of what’s relevant and what’s new,” he said. “I have a lot of ideas that I’ve always brought to Neil (McComber, Former PR Director) in the past and we worked together as a team. We try to make them a reality and this is going to be no different except I’ll be in a different capacity in that I’ll be the one leading that.”
