There are now 14 active cases of COVID-19 in Kahnawake, as of Monday morning. That is an increase of four in the last 24 hours according to the Public Health team at the Kateri Memorial Hospital Center. There are more than 10 people in isolation.

Two new cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Kahnawake Friday morning, that brings the total to eight active cases. More than 10 people remain in isolation as a result of close contacts according to the Public Health team at the Kateri Memorial Hospital Center (KMHC).

The Highway 138 down ramp from the Mercier Bridge from Montreal towards Chateauguay will be completely closed this weekend for repaving. Vaccination Clinics are taking place over the next three days at the Kahnawake Sports Complex. From 9am – 4:30pm Wednesday and Thursday, second and first doses of Pfizer’s vaccine will be administered. Then on Friday it will be Moderna. Appointments are preferred by calling the KMHC at 450-638-3930, extension 2295. Walk-ins are also welcome.

The number of active cases of COVID-19 in Kahnawake has dropped to four as of this morning (Monday). According to Kahnawake’s Public Health team at the Kateri Memorial Hospital Center (KMHC) there are fewer than 20 people in isolation now.
