Paving repair work on the Old Malone Highway continues today. Expect some temporary delays. Crews are heading westbound today, and are currently in front of the store working their way up. Through the work zone there is only 1 lane available, with flagmen on-site directing traffic.

According to Kahnawake Environment protection, some turtles have chosen to lay their eggs on the community beach. Kahnawake Animal Control Services have already installed protective fencing. Fencing will be removed once the turtle’s hatch. The plastic orange fencing is quite visible.
