  The water is still unsafe up in Tiioweroton. According to the Facebook page: they received notice that the Falls, Second Bridge and Lil’Rapids Bridge all failed the water quality testing. The next test phase is planned for Tuesday, July 2nd.

According to Kahnawake Environment protection, some turtles have chosen to lay their eggs on the community beach. Kahnawake Animal Control Services have already installed protective fencing. Fencing will be removed once the turtle’s hatch. The plastic orange fencing is quite visible.
