Meet The Candidates Night Tonight

It is meet the candidates night tonight (Wednesday) from 6-9 pm at the Golden Age Club. It is being held ahead of the December 3rd by-election to replace Barton Goodleaf at the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake. Both Stephen McComber and Bobbi Dee Deere will issue opening statements to the community. They are limited to five minutes each. K1037 will carry their opening statements live on the radio and our Facebook page. To pose questions and listen to the answeres, community members must attend in person. The two candidates, who are now official, will the appear on Tetewatharen on Friday.
