Additional road work will affect the commute for the start of next week. Inspection work on the electrical and lighting systems will require the closure of the 138 east service road towards the 132 east on Monday, August 9. The work is slated to start at 9am and will last until 3pm. There will be a detour via the 138 east up ramp to the Clement exit. Transport Quebec says simultaneous inspections will also be taking place along the 138 between Chateauguay and the Mercier Bridge and the area around the 207 that will require temporary and partial lane closures on Monday, August 9 between 7am and 5pm.
