FNCFS/Jordan’s Principle update

First Nations Child and Family Services and Jordan’s Principle Compensation Class Action has provided an Update. In an ongoing effort to enhance communication and provide First Nations peoples with the most up-to-date information on ‘The Settlement,’ the Assembly of First Nations (AFN) will be providing their email subscriber list to the Class Action Administrator, Deloitte, as per a Federal Court Order. The purpose of the subscriber list transfer is to ensure timely updates on the progress of the Compensation Settlement and next steps. The AFN saying that if you prefer not to have your email address included in the list share, to email the AFN Information Desk at FNChildCompensation@afn.ca to have your email removed, with all requests required by October 18^th.
