Veterans Boulevard Road Closure

Veterans Boulevard area Road Closure starts tomorrow. The Capital Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) has scheduled the upcoming road closure in the Veterans Boulevard area to replace water and sewer pipes starting tomorrow, Tuesday, July 16^th through to Wednesday, July 17^th, weather permitting.  Parts of the road will be impassable. Proper road signalization will be installed to warn of the construction limits. The roads affected will be closed to all traffic.

Meanwhile, the rte-132 paving project, which was supposed to wrap up last night (Sunday) will continue for the next 7-10 days. The delay is due to the rain we had the last few weeks. Finishing work and some pavement corrections and line painting will take place this week.
