Stalk Competing for ‘Ms. Health and Fitness 2024’

Tea Stalk of Kahnawake has dedicated most of her life to keeping fit and healthy. Now she is competing to be named Ms. Health and Fitness 2024. The CrossFit athlete entered the online competition in April and has already made it though to the 5^th round of on-line voting. The winner will appear on the cover of the magazine and take home a $20 000 prize:

“I just really enjoy fitness and I like helping others to do fitness and I realize that I’m always keeping myself busy. I just want to motivate people to keep moving and knowing that, you can be healthy at any age and you can start at any level, no matter what.”

Stalk has been very active on social media and is now sitting in second place in the standings. You can find it on her social media page, with the voting wrapping up  Thursday at 10 pm. The proceeds for the purchased votes go towards The B+ Foundation which provides financial assistance to families, brings awareness and funds childhood cancer research.
