Child Hit By Vehicle Taken to Hospital With Non Life Threatening Injuries

A scary accident in Kahnawake Tuesday evening. A child under the age of 10 was ridding a bicycle when he was hit by a vehicle on Church Road adjacent to the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake. According to the Kahnawake Peacekeepers the accident happened at around 5:55 pm. The child was transported to the Montreal Children’s Hospital with non life threatening injuries. The Police and Fire Brigade response was large because it was during a shift change, according to the PKs.
