Feedback On Draft Regulations Extended

An extension of one week has been granted for the two (2) regulations drafted under the Kahnawà:ke Residency Law (KRL) and (2) regulations drafted under the Kanien’kehá:ka of Kahnawà:ke Law to be reviewed for community feedback was supposed to end this Thursday at 4pm. The new deadline is Thursday, March 3rd at 4pm. The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) offering an additional feedback period for those who are unable to attend the earlier online sessions. This can be done via email addressed to: [email protected] or by telephone at (450) 638-0500 with all Comments received will be compiled and posted for community input in a new 30-day time frame at the end of March.
After the 30-day review period of the feedback, all recommendations received will be compiled for review and acceptance by Chief and Council.
