38-Year-Old Male Arrest Update

At 8:46 a.m. on Wednesday morning, the Kahnàwake Peacekeepers executed a search warrant at a residence on River Road to search and seize items related to illegal drug activity. During the course of the operation, a local 38-year-old male was placed under arrest. Several substances, including a large quantity of suspected cocaine were seized by officers. The suspect is facing charges of possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of trafficking, and trafficking. Today, the Peacekeepers revealed the haul of seized items from the operation, including: 106.2g of suspected cocaine, 132.8g of illicit cannabis and one 7.8g rock of suspected crack. The man arrested in the operation was released on a promise to appear in Longueuil Court on February 23rd,, 2022. As a result, he has yet to be formally charged and can not be named publicly.
