Ratsenhaienhs Barton Goodleaf On The Mend

Good health news for an Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke official. The MCK saying that Ratsénhaienhs Barton Goodleaf is on the road to recovery. The Elected Official has been on Medical Leave since September 17th, that is when he underwent heart surgery. Goodleaf letting all Kahnawa’kehró:non know that the surgery was successful and that he is well on his way back. Goodleaf is expecting to return to his responsibilities within approximately two weeks, albeit on a part-time basis. He will increase his workload in consultation with medical advice.
Goodleaf’s MCK colleagues are pleased with the improvement in his health and look forward to his return.
