138 to 132 Service Road Closed Until 3 PM

The Route 138 east service road underneath the Mercier Bridge in Kahnawake towards Route-132 is completely closed due to inspection work. If you pass Route 207 while driving on Route 138, you will be forced over the Mercier Bridge and have to get off a Clement to turn around and take the 132 down ramp. The closure is in effect until 3 pm.
