Person With Positive Covid-19: Possible Contact at Matty’s Park

A Person tested COVID-19 positive with possible contacts at Matty’s Park. The Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre (KMHC) Local Public Health Team is advising the community that due to the complexity of this outbreak, their team is unable to identify all potential contacts of this recent COVID-19 positive case. If you or your child were at Matty’s Park on Friday, July 9th between the hours of 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM, The Public Health Team requires you to contact the KMHC testing site for testing at:  450-638-3930 extension 2275 or 2296 and to immediately self-isolate for 14 days, lasting until July 23rd, in order to contain the virus as quickly as possible within Kahnàwake.

Individuals who have received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine and therefore are considered protected, do not have to self-isolate, but must monitor for symptoms and get tested should any COVID-19 symptoms develop.
