Waste Management: A Helping Hand For The Kateri Food Basket

There will be help for Santa in town this year, as The Waste Management Department of the MCK will be doing a Special Collection for the Kateri Food Basket from Monday, December 7^th to Thursday, December 10^th, between 9am and 2pm on the same day as your recycling collection.

The MCK requests that you place all items in a bag and label them: “Kateri Food Basket” and put the bag next to your recycling bin. In the event of poor weather conditions, you are being asked to place your items in a visible area on your front porch. Items that you are being encouraged to donate includes: non-perishable food and gift cards/certificates $25 or less. With specific items needed including: toys for girls aged 0 to 2 as well as items for teenagers aged 13 to 17.
