Kateri School Hires New Associate Principal

The Kahnawake Education Center (KEC) announced that Ryan Standup has been hired as Associate Principal for Kateri School. In a press release, the KEC said Standup began working in his new position yesterday, August 18. He started his career in 2001 and has worked in each of the KEC schools. He most recently worked as a physical education teacher at Kateri School, since 2018. Standup is also currently working towards his Bachelor of Education with McGill University.
In a statement, the KEC said, “We believe his ambition and dedication will make him an invaluable addition to Kateri’s Administrative Team.”
